About Core L’etoile

With 15 years navigating a Private Pilates Practice in Los Angeles, Katie Rayle has developed her groundbreaking method, Core L’ etoile™️. It combines traditional Pilates sequences, dance principles, diaphramatic breathwork, and visualisation to release prohibitive holding patterns and reshape physical manifestation.

Private Sessions involve working on Pilates apparatus. Classes incorporate small props carefully designed and produced by Katie herself to help ground the body into new connection enhancing this integrative approach to movement.

With focus on proper breathing and postural awareness, this movement language releases holding patterns, reshapes physique and re-educates the nervous system to discern what is armor and what is strength.

I can honestly attest that every session with every client is a success and that the aesthetic results are the cherry on top of focusing on what’s best for the health of your body.

What People Are Saying

“Katie Rayle’s CORE L’ETOILE™️ is worthy of it’s name and concept.  A poetic adaptation of the typical Pilates Class, Katie’s genius is that every time you join her on the mat, she finds a new way in…enter through the rhomboids, or set your mark on the psoas, whatever door you walk through,  Katie pierces your body with laser attention enlightening your inner intelligence, demanding a coordination of parts. A somatic intuitive,  Katie knows how you feel and what you need, and isn’t afraid to ask for it.  Every time I join Katie for class, she drives me to dig deep and give myself more

— Kathleen Stenson, Iyengar Yoga Instructor

Katie is by far the most talented bodywork instructor I have ever had—in over 6 years she has never repeated a session, each one has been unique because Katie adapts to what she sees in your body that day and she can see everything!  It is like x-ray vision. I had my doubts regarding the ability of a virtual session to replicate the intimate and individualistic qualities of Katie’s in-person sessions, but I was complexly wrong. How Katie sees everything she does through my laptop camera, I have no idea but she does and I and all of my family members who work with her agree—we don’t feel like we are getting anything less than when we did in-person.”

“In LA there is such a large amount of people in every industry. There are also those that are above the rest. True masters of their craft and love everything about what they do. Katie is this for Pilates and movement therapy. The eye she has for movement flaws and way she organizes the movement through your body is unparalleled. It’s truly an honor to be able to work with Katie. As a chiropractor it really does benefit the masses to have someone like Katie in our community
